Sunday I visited the last day of the Holiday House NYC. This year the Holiday House was two town houses located on Sullivan Street. Its always a great experience to check out design ideas and see different spaces in the city. It also benefits breast cancer research !!
PINK !!!
How appropriate. This room really made a statement. I became obsessed with these dishes, love the way the light reflects on the ceiling and the fabric on these vintage chairs!!
View from looking down 5 floors never looked so good. I loved there was one central light fixture going throughout all the floors.
Both houses had fun stair designs. Who doesn’t love a leopard stair runner and a portrait of Iris Apfel or a mural of Manhattan. Which do you like better?
My favorite room was this office. I was sold on the green window treatments and a beautifully styled shelving.
dear God, please let me have a bathroom like this one day. I could just imagine soaking in this tub and looking at a view like that .
I also loved the pattern and color of this wall covering in the powder room.
There was also some great art.Large colorful art always has a way to my heart. However, these black and white prints are so perfectly placed.
Let’s not forget this awesome mirror in the second powder room. The light behind this rock crystal is just amazing.
When in Soho, don’t forget to grab some Brunch at Seamore’s !!
Not only did this place have great food and cocktails, but the design was amazing. There was a black and white wall describing each fish, amazing light fixtures hanging from an exposed ceiling, large windows looking onto the city street and loved the pop of aqua along the back black and white patterned wall.
